Two showtimes are two caps. A 7 p.m. and a 9 p.m. that share one ticket will oversell one of them. Each show has its own face value. On Tickean a $15 ticket is $16.50 to the buyer and $15 to you. There is no separate comedy rate.

The answer
Two showtimes are two caps. A 7 p.m. and a 9 p.m. that share one ticket will oversell one of them. Each show has its own face value. On Tickean a $15 ticket is $16.50 to the buyer and $15 to you. There is no separate comedy rate.
A worked example
80 seats at 7, 80 at 9, $20 face, buyer pays $22.00. Sell out both and you keep $3,200. A single link with cap 160 will sell 120 for the early show in the group chat and 40 for the late one.
What to do next
Name the time in the tier. "General admission" without a clock is how people arrive at the wrong hour.
Fits many event types
Clubs and concerts
Independent rooms that do not have a venue-mandated vendor.
Parties
A page, a price, and a door list.
Conferences
Several ticket types and a scan at each room.
Understand the real cost: 0% organizer fee.
Organizers keep the ticket price. Buyers pay 10%, and card processing is included.

What does the buyer pay on a $25 ticket?
A $25 ticket is $27.50. The organizer keeps $25. Card processing is inside the 10%. Ticket Tailor can be lower. On a $25 ticket the buyer pays about $26.68 if Stripe's domestic 2.9% + 30Β’ is passed through on that one ticket. Tickean is $27.50, in one line, and the organizer does not run a Stripe account.
When does the organizer get paid?
Within 2 business days of the sale. A business day is a weekday that is not a US public holiday. The bank posts the credit on its own clock.
Is there a monthly fee?
No monthly fee and no sign-up fee. A free ticket is $0. A written rate replaces the 10%. It does not sit on top of it.
