Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 27, 2026
1. Identity and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Tickean platform in the United States.
- Platform / merchant of record: Tickean Holdings LLC, Limited Liability Company (LLC), EIN 37-2239745.
Accessing or using the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Completing a purchase is an affirmative agreement to the Terms in effect at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Tickean’s role
- Tickean operates a ticketing and technology platform for listing, selling, and managing event tickets and related products.
- The organizer is the seller of the event to the buyer, except where law provides otherwise.
- Tickean charges a service fee itemized at checkout, typically paid by the buyer.
3. Payments
Payments on the Platform are processed by third-party payment providers and/or processors. The Tickean platform is operated by Tickean Holdings LLC (EIN 37-2239745). Tickean initiates payout of the ticket price, net of amounts already refunded, within 2 business days after the day of the confirmed sale. Weekends and public holidays do not count. Sales with incomplete identity checks, chargebacks, and amounts that must be held for a specific anti-money-laundering alert are outside that schedule. Credit to the registered account depends on the receiving institution.
4. Price and checkout
- The final price shows the organizer price, the service fee, and applicable taxes before you confirm payment.
- You may correct errors before confirming the purchase.
- After a successful payment, Tickean sends confirmation and a receipt through the enabled channels (email / account / other).
5. Refunds, cancellations, and changes
Tickets are for a dated event or experience. Except where required by law or by a published organizer policy:
- Issued tickets are generally non-refundable at the buyer’s discretion.
- If the event is cancelled, you will receive a refund of the amount paid, including Tickean’s service fee, according to the published policy and applicable law.
- If there is a material change (date, city, venue, headliner, or accessibility), you may keep the ticket or request a refund, according to the options published at the time.
- Chargebacks and payment disputes may be investigated for fraud. Contact hola@tickean.com for refund requests.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable U.S. federal and state consumer-protection laws.
6. Event cancellation or rescheduling
- Full cancellation: refund of the amount paid (including Tickean’s service fee), according to the published policy and applicable law.
- Material change (date, city, venue, headliner, or accessibility): you may keep the ticket or request a refund, according to the options published at the time.
7. Accounts and use
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Tickean may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or material breach.
8. Organizers
The organizer is responsible for event information, producing the event, and complying with laws that apply to its activity. Organizers must complete required KYB.
Payouts. Tickean initiates payout of the ticket price, net of amounts already refunded, within 2 business days after the day of the confirmed sale. Weekends and public holidays do not count: a Friday sale is initiated on Tuesday, and a Monday sale is initiated on Wednesday. Credit to the registered account depends on the receiving institution. The clock starts on the sale, not on the event date.
Outside that schedule: sales made while identity checks are incomplete, chargebacks, and amounts that must be held for a specific financial-crime alert. If a refund or chargeback arises after a payout, Tickean deducts it from a later payout or asks the organizer to repay it. Those cases do not change the schedule for the rest of the sales.
9. Intellectual property
The Platform, the Tickean brand, software, and original content belong to Tickean Holdings LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
10. Liability
Tickean is responsible for the proper operation of the Platform, checkout, issuance of digital tickets, and refunds it administers. The organizer is responsible for producing and holding the event. These Terms do not waive non-waivable consumer rights or impose liability limits that applicable law forbids.
11. Changes
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated with reasonable notice. Confirmed purchases remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase, without prejudice to non-waivable consumer rights.
12. Support and complaints
- Email: hola@tickean.com
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (US Eastern Time)
- Consumer agencies: FTC and your state attorney general or consumer agency (file a complaint)
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your state of residence. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
