Humanitix fees in the United States

Humanitix's USD help centre, June 23, 2026, lists a default gateway of 5% + $1.29 per paid ticket, processing included. On a $25 ticket the buyer pays $27.54. On a $10 ticket, $11.79. On a $40 ticket, $43.29. The marketing page also shows 2.1% + $0.99 plus Stripe 2.9% + 30¢, which lands within a few cents on one ticket. This page uses the help-centre gateway rate.

Tickean is 10%, card processing included. The same tickets are $11.00, $27.50 and $44.00. Humanitix is lower once the ticket is above about $26, because of the $1.29 fixed amount.

Payout timing and cash flow

Humanitix publishes its payout date on the plan you sign. This page does not borrow another platform's clock.

Tickean orders the payout of the ticket price within 2 business days of the sale. A Friday sale is initiated on Tuesday. The bank posts the credit on its own clock.

When to switch from Humanitix

On a $10 ticket Tickean is $11.00 and Humanitix is $11.79. On a $25 ticket the two are $27.50 and $27.54. On a $40 ticket Humanitix is $43.29 and Tickean is $44.00. Stay with the lower total for your price. Tickean's published payout is 2 business days from the sale.
